LOS ANGELES, Calif. – (BUSINESS WIRE) June 12, 2000 – Staruni Corp. (OTC BB:SRUN) announced that its Cyberhotline ISP, which recently increased its service area to include most of the United States, is now offering service in Japan and Canada. Cyberhotline now has POP’s (Points of Presence) in Tokyo, Vancouver, Montreal and Toronto.

The Company also announced that customers of its iBargain.com Internet storefront will be eligible for free Internet access through Cyberhotline. This free access will be differentiated from other free services in that there will be no permanent ad banners or intrusive marketing surveys, as well as minimum busy signals and disconnects.

iBargain.com is an Internet Storefront selling various consumer products at discount prices. The Company is presently developing two other e-commerce sites: officewarehouse.com (office supplies) and igold.com (jewelry). These sites are slated to open sometime this summer.
