LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2000--Staruni Corp. (OTCBB:SRUN - news) announced that the ``General Form for Registration of Securities of Small Business Issuers Under the 1934 Act,'' also known as a Form 10-SB, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 22, 2000, became effective on May 22, 2000.

As a result, the common stock of Staruni is once again listed on the OTC BB, under the symbol ``SRUN.''

Amendments to National Association of Securities Dealers rules now require companies to report their current financial information to the SEC or banking or insurance regulators, in order to continue their quotations on the OTC BB.

This action also marks another step in the company's efforts to position itself for improved business opportunities, as it has made the effort to make its current financial information available to a wider audience of potential investors and regulators.
