BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. – (BUSINESS WIRE) March 23, 2000 – Staruni Corp. (OTC BB:SRUN) announced that it has prepared and filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a "General Form for Registration of Securities of Small Business Issuers Under the 1934 Act," also known as a Form 10-SB.
The filing of this Registration Statement fulfills one of the main conditions that will enable Staruni Corporation to continue its quotation on the OTC BB. Amendments to NASD rules now require companies to report their current financial information to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, or banking or insurance regulators, in order to continue their quotations on the OTC BB.
As a result of this filing, shareholders will now have access to more and better information about Staruni Corporation.
